As part of the continuing improvements to communication between the DOFUS development team and the players, we’re going to publish regular video interviews on this site of members of the team answering questions from players.

Of course, we need you to supply the questions.

We will select a few from those we receive and reply to them in a subsequent video.

Every month, a new subject will be created on the forum to collect questions from players about the game, moderation, updates (past and future) for the next podcast.

Silouate, the protector of Aperirel bites the dust… and soon he’ll be back chewing the grass on his home turf! With the aid of Brakmarians from Rushu, Rosal and Shika, the demonic Djaul came out on top in the battles surrounding the impact of the Cosmic Ray.

Brakmar’s wings will proudly unfurl on the DOFUS site until the end of the Cosmic Ray event on April 29th. The site will even be revamped for Brakmar's glory afterwards!

Bontarians, your time for revenge will come...
But for now, the Braks have won!

Schedule of Cosmic Ray events between 15th and 29th April:

XP x 2: The day the Ray strikes, April. 22nd.

Exile of Otomai’s creatures :: Plains cracklers will be replaced by Coralators and Crackrocks will be transformed into Polished Crackrocks.

Exclusive Set: 4 Enutrofs Merchants per server are hiding in different places around the world. Each of them will sell one element of the exclusive set for the Cosmic Ray event.

Bonta VS Brakmar: each day, Djaul for Brakmar and Silouate for Bonta will battle it out on each server. When the Cosmic Ray strikes, the alignment with the most victories will get a whole host of advantages… including a make over of the DOFUS community site with their side’s colors.

Cosmic Ray - Imminent Impact!

Masol-To, the old Enutrof wakes from his sleep with a jolt and, lifts his trembling hands to his encrusted beard, remnants of a hot soup the day before. He saw everything in a dream and now he is sure that soon a fabulous cosmic ray will fall upon the World of Twelve.

No rock has resisted the trusty shovel he now grips in his fists and as Masol-To strides along Amakna‘s pathways, his great dream gathers reality with each step.

The Cosmic Ray will impact imminently, and along with it many events and gifts – for those who survive at least.

As we were saying last week, the ‘Manage your account’ section has moved! The new page can be found at https://www.dofus.com.
We guarantee it will be more informative, more secure and a lot prettier!

We remind you that the “My account has been stolen” and “I forgot my secret answer” sections have been reopened but the procedures concerning these sections have changed following the addition of the “Manage your account” page.

To all account holders: your DOFUS account is about to get an overhaul!

As of next week, the “Manage your account” page will have a whole new look… and location. You’ll be going to this site: https://www.dofus.com to consult and modify your personal details.
To accompany this move, we’ve revamped your personal space and above all, we’ve provided a more secure environment for your personal information.

What’s going to change with the move to https://www.dofus.com/?

All account information will be displayed (full name, email address…).
Your previous transactions will be displayed.
Your most recent sanction will be displayed.

As of next week, you will be able to consult all information relating to your account.

What will the move to https://www.dofus.com/ involve?

Your new “Manage your account” page will contain all your personal information, which means that you will have to be even more vigilant than before regarding the privacy of your account. If a third party finds out your login information, they will have access to all your account details.

Lending or giving away your account will no longer affect your characters alone, your personal information will also be compromised. For this reason, revealing your account details is all the more forbidden, for your own security.

What do these changes mean for the Support?

The sections « my account has been stolen » and « I forgot my secret answer » will be closed today (they will be accessible to those who have already submitted a ticket, but no new tickets may be submitted.) New procedures will be put in place to establish the identity of an account holder in the case of account theft.

These new account retrieval procedures will come into effect next week.
